封は静岡県に伝わる妖怪だ。
徳川家康が隠居した駿河城に現れた不思議な妖怪である。
幼児のような姿をしており、指はないが、手で天を指さしている。
この実に奇妙な妖怪である鳳は、人間に何ら危害を加えないため、山中に逃げ込んだと言われている。
About Yokai Hou
Hou is a Yokai from the Shizuoka region. It is a mysterious specter that appeared at Suruga Castle, where Tokugawa Ieyasu retired.
It looks like an infant, and although it has no fingers, it points to the heavens with its hand.
This truly bizarre yokai, Hou, does not harm humans in any way, so it is said to have escaped into the mountains.
